All the spindle repairs go through an extensive tear-down and repair process. Each component is inspected for wear and reconditioned when necessary. All rotating parts get Dynamic Balanced for optimal performance. If equipped, motors are tested and rewound when needed. Spindles are run at speed and tested using Vibration equipment. Spindles are shipped ready to install without the need for a “break-in” period.

In addition to manufacturing new spindles, they upgrade and repair all makes and models of spindles typically at about 50% of the cost of an OEM replacement. They offer FAST turnaround times allowing you to minimize downtime.
